Our outplacement services are completely free both to you and your employees. This is just one of our many ways of showing our appreciation for your business.

Our recruitment services are contingency based, you only pay a competitive fee when you elect to hire one of our candidates. This arrangement is often referred to as No Cure, No Pay. If we don’t solve your staffing need, you don’t pay us anything regardless of how many of our candidates you consider. We charge a competitive one-time fee per placement.

We work with you to make every effort to ensure that the right match of talent happens every time. However even with our combined best effort, sometimes things just don’t work out as perfectly as we’d like. On those occasions, we offer a 3-month free replacement policy.
